This store is operated by Culmina LLC, registration no. 10723673 (Delaware), 501 Silverside Road, Wilmington, DE 19809, United States (“Alptide”, “we”, “us”). These terms govern every order placed through alptide.at and your use of the site. Placing an order means you accept them.

Products are sold exclusively to qualified researchers aged 21 or older, purchasing for in-vitro laboratory research. By creating an account and placing an order you affirm both, and you accept that we may refuse or cancel any order where either affirmation appears untrue.

By purchasing you confirm you are a qualified researcher and that these products are for in-vitro laboratory research only.

Nothing on this site is medical advice, a health claim, or an invitation to consume any product. Scientific references on product pages describe published research about the compounds; they are not claims about our products.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we dispatch the products, not when we confirm receipt of the order. We may decline an order before dispatch — including for suspected non-research use, delivery restrictions, or stock errors — and will refund any amount already paid in full.

Prices are shown in EUR and may change at any time before dispatch. Where a listing contains an obvious pricing error, we may cancel and refund rather than fulfil at the erroneous price. Volume and member discounts are applied automatically at checkout; the amount charged is the amount shown at the final checkout step.

We accept card payments through our payment processor and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin and Monero) through our own payment server. The amount shown at the final checkout step is the amount you pay us; any import duties or taxes levied by the destination country are borne by the recipient.

Orders are dispatched from the ALPTIDE warehouse network — Switzerland, Austria, or Germany, according to stock availability and destination. Estimated delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery to the address you provided.

Inspect your order on arrival. Damage, shortages, or discrepancies must be reported to support@alptide.at within 14 days of delivery, quoting the order number and the batch number printed on the vial. See the Refund Policy for the process.

Each batch is independently tested and its Certificate of Analysis is published on the product page and retrievable by batch number. The certificate is the authoritative record of a batch’s test results; where any figure on this site differs from the certificate, the certificate prevails.

The site, its content, design, and the Alptide marks are owned by Culmina LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce them for commercial purposes without written permission. Published research cited on product pages remains the property of its respective publishers and is linked for reference.

To the maximum extent permitted by the law of Delaware, United States: we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss; our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount paid for that order; and nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Products are supplied for laboratory research by qualified professionals. We accept no liability for any use contrary to the research-use-only terms, which is expressly prohibited.

You agree to indemnify Culmina LLC against claims, losses, and costs arising from your breach of these terms — in particular any use of the products other than in-vitro laboratory research, or any resale contrary to the Acceptable Use Policy.

Entering the site as a researcher includes providing an email address, used for order and batch-documentation updates and occasional offers by email. Membership — 10% off every order — is a separate, free program you join by creating an account. You can unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time without losing member pricing; transactional messages about an order you placed are sent regardless.

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, misrepresent researcher status, initiate unwarranted chargebacks, or attempt to circumvent purchase restrictions. Closing an account does not affect obligations already incurred.

We may update these terms; the version in force when you place an order is the version that governs that order. The date at the top of this page reflects the last review.

These terms are governed by the law of Delaware, United States, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction, save where mandatory consumer law of your country of residence grants you additional rights.
